The Platform is operated as a digital project currently in development and/or commercial exploitation.

Note: If in the future the activity is operated by a legally constituted entity, these terms may be updated to reflect the new identifying information.

The Platform offers a digital environment where users can access features, content, tools, profiles, publications, communications and other available services within the application, in accordance with the product's own purpose.

Use of the Platform is subject to technical availability, applicable regulations and these Terms and Conditions.

To use the Platform, you declare and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age, or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction to access this type of service.
• You have sufficient legal capacity to accept these Terms.
• You will use the Platform lawfully, responsibly and in good faith.
• The information you provide will be truthful, current and complete.

Some features may require registration. The user is responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials.
• Not sharing their account with third parties.
• Immediately notifying any unauthorized access or suspicious use of their account.

The user agrees to use the Platform only for legitimate purposes and in accordance with these terms. The following is prohibited, among others:

• Publishing false, misleading or fraudulent information.
• Impersonating another person or entity.
• Using the Platform to harass, threaten, extort or harm third parties.
• Publishing, transmitting or storing illegal, offensive content or content that violates third-party rights.
• Attempting unauthorized access to systems, accounts, databases or restricted areas.
• Introducing malware, abusive bots, malicious scripts or mechanisms that compromise the security or stability of the service.
• Scraping, automated extraction or mass reproduction of content without written authorization.
• Using the Platform in violation of applicable local, national or international laws.

The user may upload, publish, send or share content within the Platform, including text, images, descriptions, messages, files and other materials.

The user retains ownership of their content, but by publishing grants a non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable license to the extent legally possible and necessary to host, reproduce, display, technically adapt, distribute and communicate said content within the Platform for the sole purpose of operating, improving and promoting the service.

The Platform may review, restrict, suspend, unpublish or remove content, accounts or access when it detects, reasonably considers or receives reports about: violations of these Terms, security risks, possible illicit activities, fraudulent, abusive or harmful content, or legal or regulatory requirements.

This may be done with or without prior notice, depending on the severity of the case or when the law requires or permits it.

If the Platform offers payment features, subscriptions, renewals or in-app purchases, specific conditions will be communicated to the user before completing the transaction, including price, frequency, applicable taxes and cancellation conditions.

When payments are processed by third parties, said providers may be governed by their own terms, conditions and privacy policies.

All rights to the Platform, including its software, design, structure, code, trademarks, trade names, logos, interfaces, databases, texts, graphics and elements not contributed by the user, belong to the operator or its licensors.

We do not guarantee that the Platform will be available uninterruptedly, error-free or completely secure at all times. We may modify features, temporarily interrupt the service for maintenance, update, suspend or remove parts of the Platform, and apply technical, geographic or functional limits.

The Platform is offered as-is and as-available, except for warranties that cannot be legally excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, reputational damages, loss of income, loss of data or lost profits arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.

We may temporarily or permanently suspend or cancel accounts when there is a breach of these Terms, fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected, or when necessary for security, legal compliance or protection of other users.

The user may also stop using the Platform at any time and request account deletion, subject to legal retention obligations.

The processing of personal data is governed by the Platform's Privacy Policy. By using the service, you acknowledge having been informed of such processing.

We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time to adapt them to technical, functional, legal, regulatory or business changes. When changes are significant, the user will be informed by reasonable means.

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable legislation according to the operator's place of establishment or the mandatory consumer protection regulations that may apply.
